Leader's Brain Trust is a newly established association co-founded by Mary Senkowska to investigate and advance adaptive leadership capacity among Polish organizational leaders. The initiative represents a strategic effort to create evidence-based insights into how executive boards, management teams, and CEOs are currently responding to organizational change.
Research Focus & Structure
The association's inaugural research program surveys three distinct leadership clusters:
- Supervisory boards (Rady Nadzorcze) — active members, chairs, and board consultants
- Executive boards/Management teams (Zarządy) — active members or C-suite participants in board governance
- CEOs — individuals holding chief executive positions
Research Objectives
- Map the landscape of Polish leaders' adaptive readiness across organizational contexts
- Identify patterns in how different governance levels perceive organizational change capacity
- Generate comparative insights by analyzing paired perspectives from the same organization (e.g., CEO + board member viewpoints on the same challenges)
- Create space for genuine dialogue among Poland's leadership community about future readiness
