1. About this Site

marysenkowska.com is the personal and professional website of Mary Senkowska (Marianna Senkowska), an executive coach, neuroleadership researcher, and CEO of Marysenkoff Channel by Marianna Senkowska. The Site provides editorial content, links to a newsletter, scheduling tools, and external storefronts.

Paid services such as coaching, consultations, programs, and digital products are sold and delivered through third-party platforms (currently Stan.store and Calendly). Their own terms and policies apply to those transactions.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code.
• Use any automated means (scraping, crawling, harvesting) to extract content without our prior written consent.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Site beyond what is permitted in Section 4.

3. Newsletter, contact form, and bookings

When you submit your email to subscribe to The Clarity Loop, we pass it to Beehiiv, our newsletter provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

When you book a call through Calendly or apply for coaching through Stan.store, you enter a relationship with those platforms in addition to us. We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, to deliver the services you request.

We aim to reply to genuine enquiries within five working days, but make no guarantee of response time.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, video, audio, downloadable resources, and the underlying code — is owned by Marysenkoff Channel by Marianna Senkowska or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, with proper attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other use — including republishing, training AI models, or commercial distribution — requires our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to external sites and services we do not control (for example LinkedIn, Instagram, Beehiiv, Calendly, Stan.store, and the New Leadership Standard 2040 site at nls2040.com). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Visit them at your own discretion and review their terms before use.

Content on the Site is published for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for working with a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on Site content are your sole responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marysenkoff Channel by Marianna Senkowska, Mary Senkowska, and any contractors or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months for services purchased on the Site, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish or applicable European Union law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marysenkoff Channel by Marianna Senkowska and its representatives from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Site. By using the Site, you also agree to be bound by it.

11. Changes to the Site or these Terms

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be resolved by the courts competent for the registered seat of Marysenkoff Channel by Marianna Senkowska in Poznań, Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
