2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the Site and provide the services you request. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address (processed by our newsletter provider — see Section 5).

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
We process personal data on the following lawful bases under the GDPR:
- Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one — when you contact us about coaching, advisory, speaking, or other services.
- Consent — when you subscribe to The Clarity Loop newsletter or accept optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site, prevent abuse, and understand how visitors use the Site (where this does not override your rights).
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other applicable laws.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above:
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.

- Booking records: kept by our booking provider per its retention policy; any notes we keep on our side are deleted within 24 months of the engagement ending.
- Server logs and analytics: typically up to 14 months in aggregated form.
5. Service providers we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with carefully selected providers that help us run the Site and deliver our services. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and CDN.
- Sanity.io — content management system.
- Beehiiv — newsletter delivery for The Clarity Loop (clarityloop.beehiiv.com).
- Calendly — appointment scheduling.
- Stan.store — sales and coaching application processing.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — only if and when enabled, and only with your consent for non-essential cookies.
6. Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function and do not need consent. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from your browser settings or by clearing the consent cookie.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers (notably Vercel, Sanity, Beehiiv, Calendly, and Stan.store) are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your data.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, https://uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@marysenkowska.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and provider-level security on Vercel and Sanity. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
10. Children
The Site is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "effective date" at the top of the page will always tell you when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or via email where appropriate.
