I've spent the last decade working with leaders, athletes and teams across cultures, organizations and levels of seniority, trying to understand one question:
How do we sustain access to our maximum potential, even in high-pressure environments?
That question has taken me across 40+ countries and 4 continents. In a world where constant change and overwhelm have become the norm, I help leaders stay sharp, keep people engaged, and sustain high performance without burning out.
Because performing at your best shouldn't require running yourself into the ground.
And constant change shouldn't mean losing access to your capacity to think, decide and lead well.
I'm a neuroleadership researcher and lecturer, CEO of Creative Brain, and Head of Research at the Leader's Brain Research Center. I'm also a co-founding member of the Leader's Brain Trust Association.
My work brings together neuroscience, leadership and the science of adaptability to understand what happens to our thinking, behaviour and performance under pressure.
My purpose is to help leaders build the capacity to stay clear, adaptable and effective when it matters most.
That means turning what we learn about the brain and nervous system into practical tools leaders can use in the real world.
